Delivery destinations

Available destinations are shown at checkout. Enter a complete address to see current services, prices and estimates.

Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays. Processing is separate from carrier transit time. Promotions and holidays may require additional time.

Estimated delivery

• Australia: usually 5–10 business days after dispatch; estimated total 6–13 business days from order placement.
• Other supported destinations: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch; estimated total 8–18 business days from order placement.

Estimates are not guarantees. Remote areas, customs, weather, carrier disruption and peak periods can cause delays. Use the checkout estimate where it differs.

Charges

Any shipping charge is displayed before payment and included in the order total. We do not add undisclosed delivery fees after checkout.

Tracking

When available, tracking is emailed after dispatch and may take up to 48 hours to show the first scan.

Addresses and failed delivery

Check your address before ordering. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Additional charges may apply when an order is returned because an address was incomplete or incorrect, or delivery was refused.

Duties and taxes

For destinations outside Australia, import duties, taxes or brokerage may be collected by local authorities or the carrier unless checkout states they are included.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact asfandshopify5@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage, photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
